MMI (Multiple Mini Interview) is a circuit of 6-10 short timed stations, each scoring one skill (ethics, role-play, data, motivation). Panel interviews are a single longer conversation with 2-3 interviewers. The course teaches frameworks that apply to both formats, and Day 2 is a live MMI mock circuit. Day 2 is a live MMI mock circuit because MMI is the most common format at UK medical schools.
