Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
How do instalment plans work?
If you’d like to split the cost of payment, you can do so over a period of 6 months. If you’d like to register for this, simply select the ‘6 Month Instalment Plan’ option during payment. This will charge you for the first instalment, and all future instalments will go out of your account automatically on the same day each month for a total of 5 additional months.
This is not a finance option, and as such, there aren’t prerequisites for approval. However, you would be under contract to complete your payments and be liable for any unpaid services, which you can find more information about in our terms and conditions.
When should I start my package?
There’s often the confusion that there’s a time limit on the packages, or that you should start later. That’s not the case! We recommend starting as early as possible because 1) You’ll have access to support for longer, 2) You’ll have access to more of the regular Support & Progress meetings, 3) You’ll be paying the exact same amount whether you choose to start your package in January or in June, but your support will last for much longer should you start sooner. The support from our packages is ongoing until the end of the application cycle. 🙂
When will my Medify 2 months start?
You can activate your 2 months of Medify whenever you’re ready. You’ll be sent login details within 24 hours, and you’ll have credits of 2 months on your account which you can save until the summer should you wish. If you’d like a longer length of Medify subscription, please contact us for a bespoke package.
When can I start my tuition hours?
You can start your tuition right away after purchase. Give us a couple of days to pair you with the right tutor for you, then you’re welcome to start when you’re ready!
Do I have to use all of my tuition in a set time period?
Our tuition hours don’t expire. You can use as many or as few hours (out of your total number of hours) as you’d like per week/month or whatever time period you need. You can use some hours for UCAT, then save some for personal statement, save more for interviews, and so on! When paying in monthly instalments, you can only use the hours as fast as you’re making payments. For example, if you have 20 hours and you’re paying across 4 months, you can use up to 5 hours a month (or more if the maximum amount isn’t used in preceding months).

Can I get more than 2 months of Medify?
Yes! Contact us to arrange a bespoke package with any additional requirements you have.
Can I pay for a couple of months and cancel the package whenever I want to?
When paying monthly, you’re agreeing to pay the total cost for the services and can have access to all services straight away. However, we do understand that circumstances can change, and so we have a refund policy in place which you can find here. The main thing to understand is that monthly payments don’t serve as a “subscription” service. You can pay monthly to split the total cost of payment, but should you wish to cancel, you’ll be liable for the total cost of all services used. For example, if you wanted to cancel after 2 months (and payment of £300 for example), but used £500 worth of services, you would be liable to pay the additional amount.
What are the Support & Progress meetings?
We host Support & Progress (S&P) meetings once a month to give all of our students a chance to catch up with our admissions experts and be confident in where they should be at that point in time. Sessions will always focus on the most relevant part of the application at that period in time. For example, in interview season, sessions will be focussed on preparing for interviews. In each session, we offer our expert advice, catch up with our package students to make sure they’re all on track with their applications, and host a Q&A to make sure no questions are left unanswered.
Besides the monthly S&P meetings, our students are always welcome to reach out to us via email or WhatsApp, and can also reach out to their tutors for support. We know that sometimes students feel shy to reach out, which is why we ensure monthly catch-ups so that no one gets left behind.
