Free practice questions for the Aberdeen medicine interview, with the interview format taken from the university's own admissions pages.
Aberdeen runs a modified Multiple Mini Interview lasting about an hour, held in person at the Suttie Centre on the Foresterhill campus. Two selectors staff each station and score content and communication separately, and the number of stations depends on the course. No academic or scientific knowledge is tested, and your application can be used as a discussion prompt. Selection is weighted 30 per cent academic, 20 per cent UCAT and 50 per cent interview, so the day itself decides most of the outcome. Interviews run between December and March; the most recent Medicine interviews were 15 to 19 December 2025, so check your invitation for exact 2027 entry dates.
Book a Aberdeen mock interview for £69 with a trained MedicHut interviewer, or a live MMI circuit for £89. Both include detailed feedback on every answer.
