Kent and Medway interview format
Kent and Medway runs a multi station interview of six short stations of seven minutes each plus one longer group station of 40 to 45 minutes. Stations cover professional knowledge, problem solving, compassion, role play, honesty and integrity, and a group activity. You are scored rather than ranked, usually on an average, though a very strong single station can be flagged for discussion. Home applicants interview in person at the Canterbury campus and you sign a non disclosure agreement. Check your invitation for current timings.
