St Mary's Twickenham interview format

St Mary's uses a fully automated, asynchronous video interview on the SAMMI-Select platform, rather than a live MMI or panel. It has 8 recorded stations of about 5 minutes each, with a minute's rest between stations, and the assessor reads each question on video. You answer on camera inside a set window, with no live interviewer to react to; set aside about 90 minutes for the sitting. St Mary's assesses communication, teamwork, ethical reasoning, reflection, insight and motivation to reduce health inequalities, against values including Inclusiveness, Generosity of spirit, Respect and Excellence, alongside compassion, the NHS Constitution values and the GMC domains. No clinical knowledge is tested, and scripted answers are discouraged. The most recent published window ran from late January to early February. Check your invitation for current timings.
