Sunderland Medicine asks for AAA including Biology and Chemistry (excluding General Studies, Critical Thinking, Global Perspectives) at A-level, or 36 points overall with 6, 6, 6 at Higher Level including Biology and Chemistry. in the IB. At GCSE: Minimum 5 GCSEs at grade 6 (B) or above including English Language, Maths and Biology + Chemistry (or Double / Triple Science). All applicants must sit the UCAT in the year of application; UCAT is combined with academic criteria to decide interview invitations, and applicants must fall within the top 8 UCAT deciles.
Predicted A-level grades are not used to rank applicants here. That means a lower prediction is not a disadvantage at the shortlisting stage, provided you meet the minimum entry requirement. You still need to achieve the required grades on results day, so keep working to surpass your predictions.
