Ulster Medicine Mock Interview

1 to 1 Ulster medicine mock interview in the MMI circuit format Ulster uses. Recorded session, written feedback, from £69. Book within 48 hours.

What format is the Ulster medicine interview?

Ulster runs a graduate entry MMI, historically at the Magee campus in Derry and online in some cycles, with stations on motivation, ethics, empathy including actor role play, teamwork, leadership and resilience. Ulster does not publish a station count or timings. Entry is GAMSAT only, the UCAT is not accepted, with a minimum of 50 in each section and a competitive overall threshold set each year, and the average overall GAMSAT for interviewees across recent cycles was around 59. Northern Ireland domiciled applicants are ranked in a separate pool from GB and international applicants, so comparing yourself to the wrong cohort's figures is a common error. Interviews run December to March.

How Ulster selects for interview

Graduate-entry programme using GAMSAT - candidates need a minimum of 50 in each GAMSAT section and to clear a competitively-set overall threshold (2020-2025 average for interviewed candidates was 59).

Typical academic offer: Not applicable - graduate entry (2027 entry data).
