1 to 1 Exeter medicine mock interview in the MMI circuit format Exeter uses. Recorded session, written feedback, from £69. Book within 48 hours.
Exeter runs an online MMI through Zoom breakout rooms with short stations of around five minutes, focused on ethics, personal qualities and motivation, and with fewer follow up questions than most schools, so your first answer has to be complete. Exeter does not publish a confirmed 2027 station count, so treat published figures as the latest available rather than fixed. Shortlisting uses the Exeter Score, roughly three quarters academic and one quarter UCAT decile, and the SJT is not used. Achieved grades score more generously than predicted grades, which catches out year 13 applicants. Interviews run December to March. Our mock trains complete, self contained answers delivered to camera inside the station time.
Shortlisting uses an "Exeter Score" combining Academics and UCAT decile in a 3:1 weighting; higher UCAT deciles are strongly favoured. No fixed UCAT threshold - it is set after all scores are in each November.
The SJT is not checked at all. Exeter publishes Exeter-Score deciles rather than raw UCAT thresholds - around the 7th decile for non-contextual A*A*A* applicants and the 5th decile for contextual A*A*A applicants (94+ points).
Typical academic offer: A*AA incl. Biology and Chemistry (2027 entry data).
The session reproduces the mmi circuit University of Exeter Medical School uses, so the pacing, pressure and thinking being tested match the real day.
Single mock £69, with bundles of 3 and 5 available. See all mock interviews, the 2 day live interview course and MMI circuits.
