Bangor Medicine Mock Interview

1 to 1 Bangor medicine mock interview in the MMI circuit format Bangor uses. Recorded session, written feedback, from £69. Book within 48 hours.

What format is the Bangor medicine interview?

Bangor, the North Wales Medical School, runs a face to face MMI made up of a number of discussion stations. Bangor does not publish a station count, timings or a scoring breakdown, so treat any exact numbers you see elsewhere with caution. Bangor says the stations look at the personal qualities and attributes that matter in a doctor, and your final score combines the station scores. Applicants who meet the academic requirements are ranked on UCAT total until interview places are filled, there is no published cut-off, and the SJT is not currently used. Bangor also says extenuating circumstances must be declared in advance, not claimed afterwards, and that missing an interview without an exceptional reason means rejection. Our mock builds a full circuit around values, ethics, communication and Welsh healthcare context.

How Bangor selects for interview

Applicants meeting the academic requirements are pooled and ranked by UCAT, highest to lowest, until interview slots are filled.

No minimum UCAT threshold and no published historical data - Bangor has refused multiple FOI requests. SJT is currently not considered.

Typical academic offer: AAA incl. Biology + a second science (Chemistry/Physics/Economics) and one of Maths/Further Maths/Statistics (2027 entry data).
