Our refund, cancellation and rescheduling terms for MedicHut courses, tutoring and application services.
Live course places can be cancelled for a refund up to 14 days before the start date, unless the course has already begun or materials have been released.
Unused tutoring hours can be refunded. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are charged in full.
Personal statement reviews and strategy reports cannot be refunded once work has started, as the work is delivered immediately.
