Our mock interviews are delivered by dental student tutors who have successfully navigated the dental school admissions process themselves. Tutors use MedicHut's structured interview resources, station guidance and training to deliver realistic practice and constructive, personalised feedback.
Some members of our tutor team also have experience participating in interview panels.
Most dental applicants walk into their MMI underprepared for the format itself, the bell, the rotation, the panel staring back. Our circuit removes that shock. By the time you sit your real interview, you've already done it.
Each station is mapped to recurring station types: ethics, role-play, calculation, communication, data interpretation, motivation, teamwork and the dreaded surprise station. Every station is run by a different trained tutor, just like a real MMI. We tailor examples (dental ethics, dental scenarios, NHS dentistry hot topics) for dental applicants on the day.
How does it work? After each station your interviewer gives you personalised 1-to-1 verbal feedback right away, then you receive a full detailed written report after the circuit too. We run both. Online circuits are £89 and run on Zoom with breakout rooms. In-person circuits are £119 and held in London, Manchester, Birmingham and Newcastle on select dates. Both use the same 8-station format with trained student tutors.
8 stations of around 5 minutes each, with roughly 5 minutes of personalised 1-to-1 feedback after every single station. We focus heavily on the feedback because that's the most useful part of the circuit.
Yes. You get detailed 1-to-1 verbal feedback after every station, plus a full written feedback report compiled by each interviewer and emailed to you after the circuit.
Yes, and we'd encourage it. Each online circuit (A, B, D, E, F, G and H) has its own 8 stations and runs once only, so you get brand new questions every time. The in-person circuit is Circuit C. Book as many as you need to feel fully prepped.
It's the same live circuit. We bring medical and dental applicants into the same circuits and interviewers tailor stations (ethics, scenarios, motivation) for dental applicants where it helps.
